BUSINESS ORGANIZES FOOD DRIVE

    The South Brunswick Food Pantry is getting a helping hand from a local business to assist with increased need.

    E. Martin Davidoff and Associates, a law firm in Dayton, is organizing a food drive in order to stock up the food pantry and supply the rising number of families in need.

    Residents can place donations in a bag or a container outside their front door Saturday, July 26 by 10am.  The food will them be picked up by volunteers. 

    Only nonperishable food items will be accepted, such as jars of sauces, cereal, packaged cookies and crackers, brownie and cake mix and boxed juices, coffee or tea.  Personal care items such as toothpaste, soap and shampoo will also be accepted.

    Volunteers are needed to distribute informational flyers and to collect the food items on July 26.
